Getting Started

Step 1: Evaluation Process

Athletes seeking pitching lessons with 412 Fastpitch will be asked to complete a 60 to 90 minute evaluation. We will discuss mechanics, approach, goals, major and minor issues, and a plan for moving forward. Private 1-on-1 or groups lessons may be recommended. Step 2: Register for Lessons

Once your evaluation is complete you will be provided our private online scheduling link to schedule lessons at your own convenience. Our hours and availability vary depend upon the time of year

1-Hour Pitching Lesson

• Private pitching lessons (1 athlete, 1 instructor)
• Semi-private pitching lessons (2 athletes, 1 instructor)
• Speed and Power Group Pitching Lessons
• Advanced Movement Group Pitching Lessons

1-Hour Hitting Lesson

• Semi-private hitting lessons (2 athletes, 1 instructor)

1-Hour Fielding Lesson

• Semi-private fielding lessons (2 athletes, 1 instructor)
